My daughter has been taking guitar lessons with her teacher, Cara, since August 2025. Within this timeframe, I’ve seen her grow to love and appreciate the guitar. Cara is a wonderful teacher and very knowledgeable with her instruments, because of her, my daughter has come along great!

We've had a great first couple months at New City School of Music. From Manny at the front desk to our teacher Lexie, staff have been welcoming and approachable. Lexie has a bright, warm, and patient personality that my child has really responded to. Having played piano myself, I appreciate the way she breaks down lessons and teaches musical concepts in a way children can more easily relate to. I love the feedback she gives after each lesson and the recommendations she advises we work on for the week.

So much talent at NCSOM! The teachers are amazing. My child absolutely loves his classes with Joseph - there is so much music, laughter, and learning going on during classes, it's so great to see. The new building is lovely and everyone is super welcoming. The staff is awesome and Manny helps anytime you need assistance! So glad we have this school in our community.... Several months later: this still holds true! Joseph had helped increase my child's confidence and love of music. We're so excited to continue with him, hopefully for years to come!

We are very happy at NCMS all from staff to the teachers are amazing. Eddy is truly one of a kind as a viola teacher. His passion for music shines through in every lesson, and his knowledge and talent are absolutely incredible. He has such a vibrant and positive energy that makes learning both inspiring and enjoyable.

What sets Eddy apart is not only his skill as a musician, but also the way he motivates and connects with his students. He is patient, encouraging, and genuinely cares about helping each student grow and succeed. Whether you are a beginner or more advanced, he knows exactly how to bring out the best in you.

If you are looking for a viola teacher who is passionate, knowledgeable, energetic, and deeply dedicated to his students, Eddy is simply the best there is. Highly recommended!
